Good Day everyone😉

Both of our is still operating until today‼️

We have permanent tenants in our Lodging really helps us to survive in this pandemic time.
This fields that we did not expect to get involved in because it all started with experimentation. This building was a Hotel back in 1960’s (FEDERAL HOTEL ) and ofcourse the original partition of rooms & etc were still attached to this very day.

Few years ago we’ve made a decision to open a Lodging on top of our Restaraunt as we were inspired by Friends who owns a Lodging and we would not want to waste the existing rooms upstairs without making used of it.
Everything started when we discovered a picture of our Lodging in the 60’s , it’s perfectly Vintage and yes we go for it.
With the tips and all the coaching by friends we’ve known from the same industry really helps us a lot. We’ve met few great business man who owns a Hotel and Resorts , they gives us so many good advice and tips by sharing their experiences without hesitation.

As time goes by the love for this business has grown and we’ve continue to explore by opening a Budget Hotel .
It hasn’t been easy but consistency and patience is the key💪🏻
This will not stop here,we wish to survive and be part of this industry in the future.
