JOB VACANCY – ASSISTANT (REQUIRED: SUPERVISOR EXPERIENCE)
Position: Assistant
Industry: Hotel / F&B
Workplace: One Stop Hotel – Ipoh
Job Responsibilities
Support the Manager in daily operations.
Supervise and assign tasks to staff on duty.
Check service quality, rooms, or F&B areas.
Monitor reports and handle any arising issues.
Ensure all SOPs are followed correctly.
Take charge of operations when the Manager is absent.
Requirements
Mandatory: Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a Supervisor (Hotel/F&B).
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Responsible, organized, proactive, and detail-oriented.
Able to manage shifts and coordinate staff.
Basic English communication is an advantage.
