RESEPI PENCICAH THAI SEDAP!

1) Bawang putih: 7-8 ulas
2) Cili : bergantung pada kepedasan Masing2
3) Akar pakchi
4) limau nipis 6-7 biji
5) 2 sudu sos ikan

- Tumbuk bawang putih, cili dan akar ketumbar. Saya guna chopper, sebab malas nak tumbuk 😅

- Kemudian letak sos ikan dan gaulkan sekali.

- Perah limau nipis , letak gula, garam sikit je dan perasa.

- Daun ketumbar potong2 dan gaulkan je. Kalau tak nak potong dan nak lagi senang korang chopper kan skali daun ketumbar tu😅) siapppp...

Nota: kalau pencicah tu pekat sangat boleh tmbah sedikit air suam

Boleh la untuk jadikan pencicah untk kerang, udang, sotong, ikan, ayam, yg telah direbus atau dibakar. Yang saya buat sotong sumbat Bakar.
