Job Vacancy - Receptionist:
1) Responsible for handling front office reception and administrative duties.
2) Answering incoming calls and provide relevant information when required.
3) Able to handle collection payment in cash and petty cash of the hotel.
4) Knowledgeable in handling guest check-in and check-out duties.
5) To undertake any ad-hoc duties assigned from time to time.
Job requirement:
1) Familiarize with ABS management software and Microsoft Excel.
2) Hospitality Oriented.
3) Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
4) STPM / Diploma in Hospitality / Tourism / Hotel Management or equivalent qualification will be an added advantage.
5) Willing to work on shifts hours.
