Since 2021, the Housing & Local Government Ministry (KPKT) has established guidelines for planning Centralized Labour Quarters (CLQ), prohibiting the use of residential properties as hostels for foreign workers.

Employers who fail to provide a qualified and certified hostel may not only face penalties but also encounter challenges in obtaining new quotas for hiring foreign workers in the future.

自2021年以来，住房与地方政府部（KPKT）已制定集中式劳工宿舍（CLQ）的规划指南，明确禁止将住宅物业改为外籍工人宿舍。
