Kami mencari individu yang dinamik dan berkelayakan untuk menyertai pasukan kami sebagai Pembantu Pengemasan dan Penyambut Tetamu. Jika anda seorang yang berdedikasi, mempunyai sikap positif dan mampu bekerja dalam persekitaran yang pantas, kami ingin mendengar daripada anda!

**Lokasi: Falim, Menglembu, Ipoh
**Jenis Pekerjaan:** Sepenuh Masa

**Tanggungjawab:**

**Pembantu Pengemasan:**
- Melakukan pengemasan bilik dan kawasan umum dengan teliti dan cekap.
- Menjaga kebersihan dan penyelenggaraan peralatan pengemasan.
- Menyediakan laporan berkaitan keadaan bilik dan keperluan pembersihan kepada penyelia.
- Memastikan semua barangan dan kemudahan di dalam bilik berada dalam keadaan baik.

**Penyambut Tetamu:**
- Menyambut tetamu dengan mesra dan membantu dalam proses daftar masuk dan daftar keluar.
- Menjawab pertanyaan pelanggan dan memberikan maklumat tentang perkhidmatan dan kemudahan yang ditawarkan.
- Menguruskan panggilan telefon dan emel dengan profesional.
- Menyediakan dan mengemas kini rekod pelanggan.

**Kelayakan:**
- Pendidikan sekurang-kurangnya SPM atau setaraf.
- Pengalaman dalam bidang pengemasan dan/atau penyambut tetamu adalah satu kelebihan.
- Kemahiran komunikasi yang baik dalam Bahasa Malaysia dan Bahasa Inggeris.
- Mampu bekerja secara berkumpulan dan mempunyai sikap bertanggungjawab.
- Ketelitian dan keupayaan untuk bekerja dalam tekanan.
