For parents or elders aged 65+,
enjoy a 3-day, 2-night wellness Country retreat in nature.
During the day, stroll gently through the natural surroundings,
listen to the sounds of birds and insects,
and enjoy a few carefully planned gentle wellness activities.
Sit around the campfire at night, watch the stars, and unwind.
Relax your body and mind, and spend a few days creating your own Kesang Wellness Time.
