FROM OUR FARM. SMOKED FOR OUR GULAI.

This is not just smoked duck.

This is our very own duck, raised here at Kongkoi, then carefully smoked until the meat takes on that beautiful, deep smoky aroma.

The meat is tender and succulent, with just enough natural richness to hold its own against the bold flavours of our gulai.

Then it goes into the pot.

Slowly cooked in a rich, fragrant gulai salai — where the smokiness of the duck meets the warmth of spices, creating that unmistakable old Malaysian flavour.

From Our Coop to Yours 🐣

These little ones are not bought in.

They are hatched right here at Kongkoi, from our own flock of Rhode Island Red, Blue Australorp and Light Sussex.

We raise the hens for eggs, select the best eggs for hatching, and continue the cycle — egg → hatch → grow → lay → hatch again.

Some of our chicks will stay here to grow our flock. Others will find their way to new homes, ready to become the next generation of backyard layers.

It’s a small part of our Farmlife at Kongkoi — slow, hands-on and grown from the ground up.

Sorghum bukan saja untuk ternakan, tetapi ia juga merupakan alternatif kepada nasi. Mudah ditanam dan mengandungi banyak khasiat.
