Our team came together for a fun-filled celebration packed with teamwork, creativity and friendly competition. From hunting around the hotel during our Merdeka Explorer Scavenger Hunt, putting strategy and speed to the test in the Congkak Challenge, to showing off our artistic side in the Merdeka Colouring Contest — there was definitely no shortage of fun!

And of course, our Busana Bangsawan dress theme brought out plenty of royal flair, with the team dressing up in traditional Malay-inspired attire. 👑

A day of games, laughter and team spirit celebrating the unity and togetherness that make Malaysia special. ❤️

🇲🇾 Merdeka is always better when we celebrate it together.

Our Taste of Malaysia Merdeka Buffet at Causeway Café was filled with good food, great company, and plenty of Malaysian spirit. From enjoying our local favourites to getting up and joining our dancers, our guests came together to celebrate the many flavours and traditions that make Malaysia special. 💃

And of course, we took a moment to stand together for Negaraku — a simple but meaningful reminder of the unity we share as Malaysians.

We were delighted to welcome 82 students and teachers from SK Datuk Wan Idris, Segamat to Causeway Café, St. Giles Southkey Johor Bahru for dinner after a fun-filled day at The Mall, Mid Valley Southkey.

As a co-sponsor partner of this CSR initiative, we were happy to be part of their day — sharing a good meal, creating happy memories, and sending each student home with a little St. Giles teddy bear to remember their visit. 🧸
