7月9日《阻止分派爱心餐》PART - 1
据了解：管理层负责人阻止福利组分派爱心餐＆订餐‼️勒令马上停止‼️马上收掉‼️
即便福利组已说明，并再三请求也无用！在场居民不解，纷纷声援，管理层负责人手段却非常强硬，执意必须马上停止，让人感觉非常绝情😢
福利组询问管理层负责人：一人分派？
管：不行❌
把食物放（石椅）一边，分派人站远处，让居民自取？
管：也不行❌
当场继续询问之下，Food panda 可以✔️，Grab Food 可以✔️，运输送货 可以✔️
福利组爱心餐，不可以❌🤷♂️
据了解，福利组的分派方式是透过预定，抵达后通知居民自取
平日的分派非常快速，且没有造成排队情况，居民也非常自律严守SOP
就这次管理负责人的拖延与搅扰，造成排队情况。
管理层负责人勒令马上停止，理由是说要放一张桌子，食物放下，分派人不允许在那里。
对此福利组想问清楚原因，若是防疫SOP，愿意完全跟从。但如果是刻意刁难，就不能接受。
居民＆福利组不解的是：
1）为什么要马上收掉。
既然只是放在一张桌子的事情，为什么不能协助马上搬一张桌子来？
（在Blk D 就有一张桌子，而且是居民福利组自己掏腰包买的）
2）为什么福利组要求把食物放在石椅的一端，然后人站远处，居民自己拿也不行？
（不是一样道理吗？）
9 July "Mngt Stop Welfare Group Distributing Free Meals" PART-1
According to residents: The person in charge of the mngt stop the welfare group from assigning free meals & order meals‼️
They order to stop immediately‼️ ️Take it away immediately‼️
Even if the welfare team has explained it and requests, it is useless!
The residents at the scene were puzzled and they all expressed their support, but the mngt person in charge was very tough and insisted that he must stop immediately, which made people feel very heartless 😢
The welfare group asked the person in charge of the mngt: one person assigned?
Mngt: No way ❌
Put food aside the stone bench, dispatcher stand far away, and let the residents pick it by themselves?
Mngt: No way ❌
Continue to inquire on the spot, Food panda he allowed ✔️, Grab Food allowed ✔️, transportation and delivery allowed ✔️
Welfare group free meal, NO! ❌🤷♂️
According to residents, the distribution method of the welfare group is through reservation, and the residents will be notified to pick it up after arrival.
The distribution on weekdays is very fast, and there is no queuing situation, and the residents are very self-disciplined and strictly abide by the SOP
Just this time, the person in charge of the mngt delayed & disrupted causing a queue situation.
The person in charge of the mngt ordered to stop immediately, said put a table, put down the food, and the dispatcher was not allowed there.
The welfare team would like to ask clearly the reason. If it is the SOP, they willing to follow it completely. But if it is deliberately making things difficult, it cannot be accepted.
What the Residents & Welfare Group is puzzled by:
1) Why should it be closed immediately.
Since it's just a matter of putting it on a table, why can't you help move a table right away?
(There is a table at Blk D, and it was bought by the residents' welfare group at their own expense)
2) Why does the welfare group require that food be placed at one end of the stone bench, and then dispatcher stand far away, and the residents cannot take it themselves?
(Isn't it the same purpose?)
