Job Description
-Responsible to prepare and update weekly, monthly and yearly sales performance report.
-Upkeeping the database management to ensure compliance of sustainability requirements and management policy.
-Assist in updating of the Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) in accordance to the departmental operations requirement.
-Liaise with forwarding agent to arrange import and export matters.
-Check and conforms to L/C requirements.
-Prepare shipping documents.
-Prepare monthly listing and relevant reports.

Job Requirement:
-Candidate must possess at least Higher Secondary/STPM/"A" Level/Diploma or Degree in any related fields.
-Preferably at least 1-5 years of working experience in handling shipping documentation.
-Computer literate & proficient in Microsoft Office application.
-A good team player, independent, vigilant and accountable.
