1) Booking Fees per night FIXED for all seasons.
2) A refundable security deposit minimum RM100 is needed upon check-in.
3) Guests are required to keep their own valuables safe. We are not responsible for any loss or damage.
4) The Proprietor shall not be responsible for death, personal injury or loss or damage to personal property s
uffered by a guest in our homestay.
5) No illegal activities or any behaviour or misconduct that violates the Laws of Malaysia.
6) Guests are encouraged to respect the privacy of the neighbours by observing night time peace and quiet.
7) Please be advised that items removed from the house will be considered sold and will be charged accordingly.
8) To help save our environment, we would appreciate air-con & electric appliances to be turn off when either you are not in the homestay or not in use.
