Terms and Conditions: 条款:
Bookings: Booking are subject to availability and a deposit of RM 100 per room.

Payment: Payment shall be in full and in MYR at time of booking or before or during check in.

Cancellations: One night’s rate will be charged for cancellations or changes of bookings that are less than 3 days before the scheduled check-in date.

Room Rates: Rates are quoted nett. All rates and room classifications are subjects to change without prior notice.

House Rules: Guest must present a booking confirmation and proof of identity during check-in, failing which Rail Hotel may cancel the room booking.

Check in & out times: The hotel policies are 3.00pm check-in and 12.oopm check-out.

Early check-in may be and late late check-out may be accommodated subject to availability and at the hotel’s sole discretion. Rail Hotel reserve the right to charge the guest for late check-out at RM30.00

Additional guests may be accommodated at RM45.00 / guest / night (inclusive of additional bed and breakfast)

Rail Hotel is a smoke free Hotel , Smoking in the room may incur a room recovery fee which may not include cost of other damages to be borne by the guest.

No pets and food are permitted in the hotel. Guest(s) are not allowed to check in any items or conduct in any activity which may interfere with the Hotel’s operations and / or interrupt other hotel guest.

Right of refuse Accommodation: Rail Hotel may refuse accommodation for reasons of safety or security and / or disturbance or public nuisance which may affect the comfort of the Hotel guests.
