PAYMENT
• 1st payment - 60% of total price will be collected upon booking confirmation to guarantee the booking. Upon checking-in, guests are required to settle the full payment for the stay & pay an upfront security deposit of RM100. Upon check-out, the management will check for damages (include dirty stains) / loss during your stay. If all is in order, the security deposit will be fully refunded

• Confirmed Rooms will only be held until 4pm on the check-in date unless Amigo Homestay is advised of the late check-in & the estimated time of arrival. The 1st payment made will be forfeited if the late check-in remains unadvised till 4pm on the check-in date.
• Cancellation / Amendment on Confirmed Reservations must be made 7 days before the check-in date but subject to availability and additional charges. Cancellations made 7 days prior to check-in will be refunded with 50% of the 1st Payment. Each Confirmed Reservation may only be amended once after which the 1st payment will be forfeited. AMIGO HOMESTAY – HOUSE RULES
• Check-in: 1 pm // Check-out: 11am.
• Late check-out is subject to additional room charges (50% more if check out later than 12pm; 100% more if check out later than 2pm).
• Room service and house-keeping service is not available.
• The following are not allowed on the homestay premises: Smoking (indoors), Excessive Alcohol Consumption & Pets. Violation of this rule is subjected to a penalty of RM 100.00.
• Smoking is allowed outside the house only.
• All the items have to put back to the original place before check-out.
• Lost Room Key is subject to a penalty of RM 50.00 & lost door key is subject to a penalty of RM 100.00.
• Lost / damage of game items is subject to a penalty of RM50 per item.
• Kindly use with care the homestay amenities as damages will be at your cost.
• Guests are advised to switch off all lights and air-conditioner when leaving the room.
• Any illegal activities will be reported to the authorities and actions will be taken on the offenders.
• The microwave provided in the kitchen is for the purpose of heating-up food & beverages only.
• Homestay guests are prohibited from keeping durians, or any food with strong stench in the refrigerator.
• In order to ensure the peace & calamity of the hotel, guests are discouraged from making too much noise in the homestay premises before 8am & after 10pm.
