1. Do you provide breakfast? Where can I eat nearby?
We donโt serve breakfast, but there are plenty of local options within a 3โ8 minute walk, local food, dim sum, cafรฉs, and more.
2. What are the pool hours?
8am โ 8pm. You can even watch planes fly by and enjoy the sunset from the pool.
3. Can I cook in the room?
Yes! All rooms include a kitchenette (microwave, fridge, coffee machine). Some room types also come with pots, pans, and an induction cooker, so you can prepare simple meals.
4. Do the rooms have an iron?
Yes, every room comes with a steam iron, perfect for smoothing out any wrinkles.
5. Is a deposit required during check-in?
Yes, RM200 (cash or card). Refunded during check-out.
6. What if I arrive late at night?
No worries, our front desk operates 24/7. You can check in anytime, including late-night or early-morning arrivals.
7. Are there clinics or hospitals nearby?
Yes! Clinic is just 3โ5 minutes away on foot, and hospitals are about 5โ8 minutes by car.
8. Can I order food delivery?
Absolutely, food delivery is allowed. Just pick up your order at the Lobby when it arrives.
9. Can I store my luggage at the hotel?
Yes! Youโre welcome to store your luggage before check-in or after check-out.
