We are one of the independent owner-operators for the Marina Court Resort Condominium units. With Marina Court Resort Condo being in the city centre of Kota Kinabalu, it is within reach of government offices, banks, large corporations, seafood restaurants, night spots, hotels and shopping malls. Reservation and Payment Policy
To make a booking for our unit, please call our sales representative at
office (+6) 088 - 231139 during office hours or (+6)016 - 8880293 or (+6)016 - 8310093. Reservation is confirmed once the advance deposit payment is done. The deposit payment can be done via :
1. Cash deposit via ATM/Bank transfer ( we will advise on the account number)
2. Credit card transaction facility is available for online booking. The advance payment received to guarantee your reservation is non-refundable. Full payment is required to be done prior to stay for the numbers of nights booked. In the unlikely event that we are unable to confirm your reservation after advance payment being done, we will reimburse whatever amount that has been collected and we are not liaible for any further claims. Cancellation of reservation, 'No show' and 'Shortened Stay' Policy
1. Any cancellation done prior to check-in will result in the advance payment being forfeited. It is only applicable to the stay on the nights that being canceled.
2. 'No Show' means failure to check-in to the unit on the agreed period and failure to inform us on any cancellations. It will results in the advance payment being forfeited. It will also impact your future reservations with us as we hold the rights to reject the reservations
3. On any shortened stay, all the payment for accommodation charges done prior check-in will be non-refundable. You are required to inform us on the shortened stay in order for us to facilitate the check-out process. Condition of stay at Marina Court Resort Condo
Personal Belongings
All personal belongings such as luggage, vehicles and other property belonging to the guest(s) shall be the risk of the guest at all times and the property owners do not accept any losses or damages. We shall not be liable for any sort for claims and lawsuits. Check-in and Check-out policy
1. All check-in and check-out are by appointment only. Please inform us in advance of the timing.
2. The person who has made the reservation with us shall inform us on the guest(s) who are checking-in. We need the contact details of the guest(s) in order to facilitate them. Failure to do so may results in inconvenience during the check-in process.
3. Standard check-in time shall be at 1400hrs local time and check-out time shall be by 1200hrs local time.
4. Early check-in may be possible but not guaranteed. It is depending on the availability of the unit.
5. Should you wish to extend your stay, please contact us to confirm for availability. Half-day rate is applicable for extension of stay until 1800hrs and full-day rate applies for stay exceeding 1800hrs.
6. Prior arrangement is required for check-in and check-out at time other that stated above or at odd-hours. Limitations on number of guests
All our units are designated for either 6, 8 or 12pax accommodation. Additional 1-2pax of guest are allowed and strictly no more that to be allowed in a unit. Failure to observe this limit may results in termination of stay and all payment to be forfeited. Cost of Replacement
Please take note that should the keys, remote control devices and/or art décor are lost or not left in the apartment when you depart, charges of RM250 or actual cost whichever higher will be incurred to you as the replacement cost. If the unit door are locked with the keys left inside the unit, charges of RM50 will be incurred to you to open the door. For other damages to the unit and its belonging, an itemized price list will be provided. Non-smoking policy
All of our properties are non-smoking units. Any cost incurred to remove tobacco odors and damage will be incurred to you. Suitable areas are designated for smoking outside our properties. You may smoke at the balcony of our unit. Proper conduct
By booking and staying with us, you accept responsibility for the proper conduct of yourself and your group members during your stay. The accommodation provider reserves the right at any time to terminate your stay or that of any member of your group due to your prior misconduct. Failure or omission to observe any of the terms and conditions shall render our rights to terminate this agreement without prior notice.
2. We reserve the rights to add/ammend any of the policy that stated above without any prior notice. You are advise to check these policies form time to time to get the latest update.
3. By choosing to stay with us, you are agreeing to these policies and observe it at all time during your stay. Feel free to contact us should you have any further clarifications.
4. Variation to these terms and conditions may apply during peak periods at our discretion. We accept responsibility for the booking of any accommodation arrangements in accordance with then current conditions from the time we despatch our booking confirmation to you. We cannot, however, accept any other liability whatsoever. No warranties, promises and/or representations of any kind, express or implied, are given as to the accuracy or completeness of any of the material or information contained on any of our advertising material i.e. website, brochures, sales kit, flyers, social netwrok or as to the nature, standard, suitability or otherwise of any services offered by us or on our behalf. We shall not be liable for any loss or damage or other sum or claim of any nature whatsoever (direct, indirect, consequential or other) which arises, directly or indirectly, in connection with information provided by us whilst every care have been taken in giving accurate information.
