Situated in Kota Kinabalu, Sabah, Brahminy Kite Holiday Home is just a 5-minute drive from the Kota Kinabalu City Centre. This luxurious resort-styled vacation rental houses a self-contained 5-bedroom unit with an outdoor patio offering breathtaking mountain and garden views which guest can enjoy on a daily basis. The holiday home is situated on a private hill, but is still only a 5-minute walk fr

om the Signal Hill Observatory Tower & 5-minute drive from the Kota Kinabalu Jetty and local attractions such as the Gaya Street Market, Kinabalu Wetlands Bird Park, KK Esplanade, and the Atkinson Clock Tower. It is a 15-minute drive from Kota Kinabalu International Airport and 30 minutes by boat to the islands of Sapi, Mamutik, Sulug, Gaya and Manukan. A home away from home perfect for group trips & family vacations. Our 3-storey resort-styled villa is able to accomodate a maximum of 12 people. The holiday home features peaceful living and dining areas and 4 bathrooms with hot shower facilities. It also offers a kitchen with full-facilities which guest can use to do their own cooking. A chargeable laundry service, cable TV and DVD player are included. Guests can enjoy free Wi-Fi access in Brahminy Kite’s public areas. Complimentary private parking is provided. The property also has a library and a tour desk where guest can book tour activites & packages in Kota Kinabalu.

πŸ”­ Look no further than Brahminy Spaces! Located in beautiful Signal Hill, this cozy space immersed in nature will keep you focused with the sounds of the wind while feeling at home.

Enjoy working in nature on Tuesdays and Wednesdays (9am-6pm). For healthy and delicious meals, take a 3 minute walk to the nearby kale farm or order delivery from Grab! Additional snacks and drinks are available for purchase.
