Hotel Check-In Instructions:
When you book a room, you should make a reservation by the name of your actual stay and check-in by the name of the guest who registered when you booked your room, that is the name of the guest checking in is the same as the name at the time of booking.
All guests staying in the room are required to provide a verification document, such as a valid Identification Card or Passport to check-in.
Upon check-in at the front desk of the Hotel, you will be required to fill up Registration Form and pay a certain amount of deposit for each room, deposit of MYR50 in addition to the room rate.
Check-in time is 2 PM; Check-out time is 12 PM. If you need an early check-in or late check-out, please inform us in advance.
Guests must check out by 12 PM on the last day of their stay unless otherwise arranged. If the specified time exceeded, you will be credited an additional fee. In some cases, it is not an extra night on behalf of the room no one booked, must be based on the actual check-in status.
Guests must observe etiquette, avoid disturbing other guests, observe the rules of keeping quiet at night (from 10 PM to 6 AM), avoid drinking alcoholic beverages or intoxicating substances in the Hotel's public areas, and avoid damaging hotel installations and furniture (accommodation providers). Violation of any of these obligations is considered a severe breach of contract. Following the stringent regulations, guests are responsible for any damage on site.

Do not bring into the premises: weapons, toxins, explosives, in-flammables, drugs and pets.
Our room is prohibited Fruits that emit pungent odour including durian, tarap, fresh seafood, anchovies, dried shrimp and salty fish.
We reserve the right, and you with this authorise us to charge your credit or debit card for any damage incurred to your room or the Inn during your stay or for any items that are missing when you leave.
We shall not be liable for the loss of money, jewellery or any other valuables or documents left by guests in the rooms.
Cars and their contents are left at the owner's/customer's own risk. We do not accept responsibility for loss or damage however caused.
IF YOU VIOLATE THE RULES:
The hotel Management department has the right to end the guest's stay in advance.
In this case, guests are still required to pay the total amount of booking days and leave the hotel immediately.
If guests refuse to leave the hotel, the accommodation provider has the right to contact the police station or other public institutions immediately.
