To properly maintain the hotel's equipment and building facilities through the implementation of technical, carpentry and plumbing services.

FUNCTIONAL/TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES:
· Conducting daily maintenance.
· Repairing & recording equipment maintenance activities.
· Monitoring preventive maintenance.

WORKING CONDITIONS:
· Hotel based.
· Exposed to construction environment.
· Heavy lifting and climbing may be required.

MINIMUM JOB SPECIFICATIONS:
· With one (1) year experience in the maintenance of electronic/mechanical equipment and air-conditioning.
· Plumbing & Carpentering.
· Plaster ceiling repair.
