Our 12 Seaview Chalets are built with wood in the style of a traditional Malay village on stilts. Each stand alone chalet has a big veranda with sea view, spacious floor space inside, en suite bathroom, ceiling fan and a mosquito net. Our 8 Garden Rooms are located in a 2 story terrace amongst the rainforest treetops. Each room has a private balcony, ceiling fan and en suite bathroom. Our beach i

s 20 metres from the chalets, with a panoramic view of the turquoise Straits of Perhentian and in the distance, the green rainforest of Perhentian Kecil (Small Island). Our sandy beach has plenty of coconut trees for shade or hanging hammocks. Our place at Perhentian Besar (Big Island) is peaceful, quiet and there's not much nightlife. It's the perfect spot for nature lovers and families with young children. The top spot for snorkelling is just 5 minutes beach walk to the North of our place. There you will be able to swim with turtles, parrot fish, baby reef sharks and sting rays amongst the colourful diverse coral reef. The best way to get around is by foot, walking along beaches and well marked jungle trails. The only motorised transport is the small boats that operate as water taxis.
