We have three houses which called Rumah Perak, Rumah 70's, and Rumah Bujang. Rumah Perak
This is the traditional houses and popular in early 1900. There are plenty of this houses in Kuala Kangsar, Parit and throughout Perak state and Hulu Selangor. However we make it very traditional from outside with modern living int the inside

This house was built by the late owner Cikgu Nazir. Rumah

Bujang is Perak Design however is for just married couple. It's small in size but complete with all the asthetic value of Perak House.
