Meet Our Sales & Marketing Team at Hotel Royal Kuala Lumpur

We are pleased to introduce En. Shahzan Adenan, our Assistant Director of Sales, a hospitality professional with more than a decade of experience across hotel sales, business development and commercial operations.

Throughout his career, En. Shahzan has gained valuable experience in corporate accounts, government business, MICE and multi-property sales, developing a strong understanding of different market segments and business opportunities within the hospitality industry.

His professional journey has taken him through renowned hospitality establishments including Perhentian Marriott Resort & Spa, Fairfield by Marriott Kuala Besut, EQ Kuala Lumpur, Bangi Avenue Convention Centre and GTower Hotel. These experiences have strengthened his expertise in building client relationships, developing accounts, identifying new business opportunities and driving sales across diverse market segments.

Known for his adaptability, resilience and commitment to continuous growth, En. Shahzan believes that success in hospitality is built not only on achieving business results, but also on building meaningful relationships and creating opportunities for long-term growth.

On 23 September 2026, Hotel Royal Kuala Lumpur came together for our Annual Dinner, an evening of celebration, appreciation and togetherness, with a fun-filled Retro Night theme. 🪩✨

It was a wonderful opportunity to recognise the hard work and dedication of our team, while creating memorable moments with colleagues and friends across the Hotel Royal Group. From retro-inspired looks to laughter and entertainment, the evening was truly one to remember.

Our sincere appreciation to Mr Zach, CEO; Ms Daphne, COO; Ms Teow, CFO; and Mr Edmund, COS of Hotel Royal Group, as well as the General Managers of Hotel Royal Signature and Baba House Melaka, and all our valued guests for joining us and making the evening truly special.
