# **Hotel Maintenance Technician (Local Malaysian Only)**
**📍 Location:** Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia

**💼 Position:** Hotel Maintenance Technician
**💰 Salary:** RM2,500 – RM3,000 per month
**📅 Working Days:** 6 days per week
**🕘 Working Hours:** Rotational shifts (including weekends & public holidays when required)
# # Job Responsibilities
* Perform daily maintenance and repair works for hotel rooms and public areas.
* Troubleshoot and repair electrical, plumbing, air-conditioning, and mechanical issues.
* Carry out preventive maintenance according to scheduled plans.
* Respond promptly to guest maintenance requests to ensure excellent guest satisfaction.
* Inspect facilities regularly and report defects or safety concerns.
* Coordinate with external contractors when necessary.
* Maintain proper records of maintenance activities.
* Ensure all work complies with hotel safety standards and procedures.
# # Requirements
* **Malaysian citizens only.**
* Minimum SPM, Certificate, or Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, Air-Conditioning, or related field.
* At least 1 year of maintenance experience (hotel experience is an advantage).
* Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, painting, carpentry, and air-conditioning systems.
* Responsible, hardworking, and able to work independently.
* Good teamwork and positive attitude.
* Able to work on weekends, public holidays, and rotating shifts.
