One of my favorite cafe, Memories Taste has just commenced business. It is located at the corner lot of Block A2. Business is good.

Zus Coffee is going to open for business on 1/1/2024! Any promo???

Other restaurants like GB Curry Bun, Thoulath Maju and Thaqwa Classic have started business as well.

Oh yes, car wash services is at promotion prices, hurry up!!

What's New in RC Residences ?? Looking For Food?

Residents are moving in.

A few our Malaysian style Mamak restaurants - 1 is operating 24-Hours (already commenced business).

Another one is still under renovation but signboard is up, operating 22-Hour.

There is a Nyoya Kopitiam opened about 2-3 weeks ago, quite nice food. There are some set-meals available during weekdays only at reasonable pricing. Try it.

So, no worries on hungry looking for food. Food is anytime, anywhere in RC Residences.

Subway outlet will commenced business on 18/10/2023!!

There is another 7-11 Cafe in Block A as well, means there are 2 7-11 Cafe outlets in RC Residences, 1 in Block B. Will there be more outlets to more, 1 in Block C and 1 in Block D later???

Block B Parking Lots Opened for Rental Starts TODAY!

There will be 50 lots parking lots at Level 8, Block B opened for rental with effect from today 21/8/2023. It will be on first come first serve basis.

Monthly rental is RM100, advance payments for 6 months.

The place is next to the management office at level 9 Block B1.

Good news to those owners and residents of RC - there is one hardware shop is providing keys duplication but the price is RM15 per piece!!!
