This 21 x 70 FEET sized house has been a meet-up, gathering place since our college and university time, as it is designed to cater all the simple and basic living essential elements such as car porch capable of two (2) sedan car, spatial living room, bedrooms for Duncan's parents, elder sister (Eda), a guest room and his own bedroom; dining room, kitchen and laundry area; and upper and lower leve

l bathroom toilets. NOW, they decided to host guests via Duncan's and the guest room on the 1st floor while keeping all the furnitures as it is. The Bedroom 101 and Bedroom 102 on the 1st Floor are designated to cater total up to four (4) guests, while the Master Bedroom is stayed by Duncan's elder sister. Meanwhile, there is another bedroom on the ground floor (in the kitchen) which is stayed by Duncan. 這间21 x 70 尺大的房子从以前开始都是我们學院和大學时代学生朋友们的集會地點。因此它建有所有簡單和基本的生活必需元素，如汽車門廊能夠容纳兩（2）辆轎車、宽阔的客廳、Duncan & Eda和他们父母的房间、客房、餐廳、廚房和洗衣區;和上層和下層衛生間廁所。

現在，一楼 Duncan 的房间和客房都是让背包客旅客居住的。以前的家具依然保持着在用。

一樓的101号臥室和102号臥室总共可容納四（4）名客人，而主臥室則由Duncan的姐姐, Eda住宿。同時，在底層有一個臥室（在廚房），是Duncan留下来居住的。
