ONE BUKIT CEYLON (Same building as Ramada)
RENTAL TERMS & CONDITIONS
1.) CHECK IN from 2.00pm, CHECK OUT by 12noon. EARLY Check in & LATE Check out fee at RM20 per hour subject to availability.
2.) WIFI INTERNET speed is upto 30mbps unlimited data, unless expressed otherwise.
3.) AIR COND usage is included for 16 hours per Night/Day. Any AC usage exceeding 16 hours per Night/Day will be charged RM3.00 per hour/per AC.
4.) FURNISHING & FACILITIES:
a) INCLUDED: UTILITIES, TV, Exec Table, Hair dryer & Iron, Fridge, Hot Pressurized Shower, 2 Bath Towels per room, Bed sheet set, Shower gel.
Washing machine, pantry with basic cooking facilities with utensils and cutleries .
b) EXCLUDED: PARKING (RM350 a month) & BREAKFAST & IN-STAY HOUSEKEEPING.
5.) HOUSEKEEPING: OPTIONAL UPON REQUEST: Housekeeping at RM50 per Studio, Replenish Linens & Towels.
NO REFILLS of consumables (eg tissue, soap, mineral water, coffee etc). NO Room Service available.
6.) CHECK OUT before 12noon. DROP KEYS & Access Card at MAILBOX outside Suite.
a.) CHECK OUT before 12noon. Late Check out RM20 per hour.
b) DROP KEYS & ACCESS Card at MAILBOX outside Suite.
c) Deposit (unless Credit Card Verified) will be refunded within 3 business days by online transfer to your bank/credit card/pay pal account, unless otherwise arranged.
d) Lost Access Card: RM200 penalty
7.) DEPOSIT REFUNDABLE less (if applicable) estimated costs of replacement of damaged/lost items, & overuse of Wifi-data, for monthly rental, usage charges of utility. Min admin charge of RM100 (in addition to compensation & recovery cost) applicable if there is overstay (incl lost/failure to return key/access card RM200), abuse, or loss/damage to items.
8.) WE MAY ENTER THE SUITE with reasonable notice to you & at reasonable hours for purposes of service/maintenance work, or inspection. Kindly safely lock/keep away your valuables as we are not liable for any loss or damage.
9.) ILLEGAL activities & WILD PARTIES are NOT permitted, & if found, we may immediately EVICT & FORFEIT DEPOSITS & RENTALS.
10.) BOOKING CANCELLATION (in part or full):
a) If we receive cancellation notice 7 days or more prior to Check in date, we will charge 1 Night Rental.
b) If we receive cancellation notice less than 7 days from Check in date, we will charge 1 Night Rental + 50% of balance Rental.
11.) In the event of an OUTAGE OF UTILITIES OR FACILITIES (Eg electricity, water, wifi, lift attributed to the management of the building, utilities or facilities provider and/or governmental authorities which is beyond our control, we shall not be liable to the guest if such outage is for a period of less than 5 hours. In the event the outage last for 5 hours or longer, the guest in entitled to cancel and obtain 80% refund of the rental cost for the affected night or be compensation 30% of the rental cost for the affected night.
