...our typical Diwali starts with the customary oil bath where the elders apply gingerly oil mixed with some spice powder followed by shower and then you get the blessings of the parents. A visit to the temple is optional but we usually do a quick visit and finally the highlight of the morning - a nice hot traditional signature idly breakfast! I am fortunate in that sense because I think my wife makes one of the best idlis in the world 🙂

Now let the celebrations begin!
