* 3 spacious rooms (4 queen beds & Air Cond) & 2 bathrooms with water heaters

* Set of furniture including dining table & sofas
* Home appliances such as refrigerator, washing machine, electric jug kettle, microwave, rice cooker, gas stove, cooking utensils, bread toaster, dinner set for 6 pax, iron & ironing board
* Bedding included
*** Suitable for those who are planning to have family members staying over in KL for attending any occasion, business or holiday ***
Location:
- In front of a football field with safe and comfortable environment suitable for joggers
- 4 mins walk to PUSAT KOMUNITI TAMAN IBUKOTA
- 9 mins drive to LRT Taman Melawati
- 15 mins drive to UIA, Gombak
- 20 mins drive to Hospital Kuala Lumpur
