We need to pay 65% of sale value that is AED 4,34,850 before handover on 30th September 2026. Balance amount that is AED AED 2,34,150 to be paid by EMI till 05.08.2029.

Current status: We have paid so far AED 2, 40,676. So balance amount before hand over is AED 1,94,174. Because of nonpayment in time there is a penalty amount which we need to get from them.

Building location and look is excellent and good for rental at high rate. One can easily pay AED 6,69,000 minus AED 4,34,850 = AED 2,34.150 through EMI after September 2026 till August 2029 from rental income and can save extra amount.

From our side we need to get back our paid amount and some extra as much as you can earn. My goal was 10% extra of AED 2,40, 676. Flat is already registered in my name, and I have paid Dubai Govt. fees for that. If anyone is interested, we can send all other documents.
