Day 3 marks the closing of an incredible journey for us at DRT SHOW Shanghai 2026, held at the Shanghai World Expo Exhibition and Convention Center. As the exhibition comes to an end, we are grateful to have been part of such a remarkable gathering of the global diving and travel community.

Over the past few days, it has been a wonderful experience sharing the vision of Danai Retreat, our upcoming retreat in Pulau Perhentian Besar, with visitors, ocean lovers, industry partners, and fellow exhibitors from around the world. Meeting so many passionate individuals and exchanging conversations about diving, travel, and the beauty of Malaysia has made this event truly memorable for our team.

We would like to extend our heartfelt thanks to everyone who stopped by our booth, including our distinguished guests, valued partners, neighbouring exhibitors, and all the expo visitors who took the time to learn more about Danai Retreat and show their support throughout the event. Your encouragement and enthusiasm mean a great deal to us.

We were truly honoured to receive the visit of several distinguished guests who stopped by the Danai Retreat booth during DRT SHOW Shanghai 2026 at the Shanghai World Expo Exhibition and Convention Center. It was a meaningful opportunity for us to share more about Danai Retreat, located in Pulau Perhentian Besar, and to connect with valued representatives and leaders who are passionate about tourism and international collaboration.

We were especially grateful to welcome Mr. Mohd Shahafeez Shahari, Consul General of Malaysia in Shanghai; Mr. Aaron Gan Chai Heng, Director of Tourism Malaysia Shanghai; Ms. Nooramanina Mohd Idris, Vice Consul from the Consulate General of Malaysia (Tourism Section) Shanghai; Ms. Sylvia Ye, Marketing Manager from the Consulate General of Malaysia (Tourism Section); as well as YB Datuk Razali bin Idris, Chairman of the Terengganu State Committee for Tourism, Culture, Environment and Climate Change, accompanied by Encik Hilman bin Hajijan, Director of the Terengganu State Tourism Department.

We are deeply honoured by the gracious presence of Kebawah Duli Yang Maha Mulia (KDYMM) Al-Wathiqu Billah Sultan Mizan Zainal Abidin Ibni Almarhum Sultan Mahmud Al-Muktafi Billah Shah, the Sultan of Terengganu, who recently graced the Danai Retreat booth during DRT SHOW Shanghai 2026 at the Shanghai World Expo Exhibition and Convention Center.

On 7 March 2026, His Royal Highness was present to officiate the Sultan Mizan International Photography Award 2026, held in conjunction with the exhibition.

His Royal Highness was accompanied by Yang Amat Mulia Tengku Nadhirah Zahrah, Tengku Puteri Utama Raja, who joined the ceremony on stage as the award was formally officiated.

It was a true privilege for Danai Retreat to witness this distinguished occasion and to welcome Their Royal Highnesses during the event.
