Dear Valued Customers,

This is to bring to your kind attention that D’SERI KAPAS ISALND RESORT will be temporary closed for operation ( include all guest rooms, food & beverage and all others facilities ) from AUGUST 2024 until further notice.

This temporary closure is due to we’re moving out from the current place with immediate effect to a new location nearby. Therefore we need some time to facilitate infrastructural improvements and introduce substantial operational upgrades in order to serve all our valued customer better in the new location.

We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience caused. During this temporary closure you may reach out to us for any queries at +6017 6642711( MICHELLE ) . For all reservation made in August and September , our management team will do our best to liaise and resolve the matter with all customer . We appreciate your understanding and corporation.

We will update D’SERI KAPAS ISLAND RESORT progress from time to time.
