Wish to inform you that our reservation for year 2024 has now open. This year packages prices are the same as our 2023 packages rates. We have officially re-opened our new season with effect from 12th April 2024.

Wish to inform also that we are currently experiencing technical issues with our website and unable to make neccesary updates. Our technical support are still working on it.

Dear Valued Guests,

We wish to inform that our booking and reservation for year 2023 has now open. Our resort is expecting to resume operation from 10th March and will be closed on 21st October 2023 before the monsoon season begin in November.

Due to the overwhelmed requests from guests few months back since our stop operating, please be patient to get any reply from us as we are trying to solve all the queries as soon as possible.

NOTICE OF TEMPORARY CLOSURE
Dear Valued Guests,

Kindly be informed that we have decided to be closed temporarily to prevent the spread of Covid-19 infections and to give top priority to the health and safety of our guests and resort employees from 1st September to 20th October 2021.

Announcement Covid-19 Updates RMCO - 29th April 2021

To our beloved guests,

We would like to announce a temporary closure of our premise during the Recovery Movement Control Order (RMCO) implemented in Terengganu from 29th April 2021 to 17th May 2021 as announced by the government. As other industries, our resort too has been severely affected by the Covid-19 pandemic.

Guests who have made reservations until 18th May 2021 are allowed to amend their reservation to a later date, subjected to rooms’ availability.

We would like to clarify there will be no reimbursement of deposit made after 18th May 2021 and only amendment of reservation date is allowed (valid within 365 days after initial booking date) even if RMCO is extended.

We kindly seek your understanding and cooperation in this matter to ensure our resort can continue the future operation safely and smoothly.

Our resort is committed to take precautionary measures to help curb the spread of Covid-19 pandemic for the safety and health of all parties.

We would like to thank everyone for cooperating and we truly apologize for the inconveniences caused.

Following up from our last official statement made, we wish to inform that our management has decided to resume our operation with effect from 18th March 2021 within the required SOP.

In the meantime, we would like to announce that we are having a promotion prices with effect from 18th March 2021 until 31st March 2021 to all Terengganu residents since cross-state is still not allowed.
