📢 We’re Looking for the New Face of GMI Hotels! 🏨✨
They say you never get a second chance to make a first impression. At GMI Hotels, that first impression starts with YOU at our Front Desk.
We are officially hiring Front Desk Stars for our Sunway (Subang) and Kuantan locations! If you love meeting new people, solving puzzles (like perfect room bookings), and being the heart of a hotel’s daily rhythm, we want to chat.
🌟 What’s in it for you?
You won't just be "working a shift." You’ll be the ambassador of our brand, managing guest experiences from check-in to check-out and ensuring every stay is seamless.
📍 Locations:
Sunway (Subang): Sunway Metro, Jalan PJS 11/28.
Kuantan: Jalan Sultan Al Abdullah, Pasar Besar Kuantan.
✅ What we’re looking for:
Education: SPM or Diploma holders.
Age: 18 – 35 years old.
Skills: Fluent in Malay and English (bonus points if you speak more!).
Vibe: Previous experience in CS or front desk is great, but a positive, flexible attitude for weekend/holiday shifts is what truly wins.
🚀 Ready to join the team?
Don't just send a resume—tell us why you're the perfect fit for the GMI family.
