A 100 years ago, this house wasn’t waiting for travellers.

It was a family home in Batu Pahat, Johor, filled with everyday life. Footsteps across timber floors, conversations in the living room, and a game of mahjong in the evening. We may not know the stories that unfolded here, but we’ve preserved the heritage of this home, to share it with friends and families looking to experience it here, in Temple Tree.

The verandas are still here and the old timber still carries its marks. Only now, mornings come with filtered sunlight, lush gardens, poolside views, and waking up on incredibly fluffy pillows. 😌

Some places give you a room for the night. This one gives you a century of stories to sleep in.
