Casa Yusika is looking for a friendly, attractive, and professional individual to join our team as a Receptionist cm Admin.
Job Scope / Responsibilities:-
-Greet and assist customers/clients at the front desk
-Handle phone calls, emails, and general correspondence
-Maintain office records and filing systems
-Assist with daily administrative tasks (data entry, reports, schedules)
-Coordinate with management on office operations
-Ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the office
*This role requires multitasking between front desk duties and administrative support.
Requirements :-
-Certificate in Administration
-Relevant work experience is required
-Fluent in spoken English
-Attractive, friendly, confident, and professional personality
-Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Salary & Benefits:-
-Basic salary: RM 1,700 - RM 1,900 (based on experience)
-Attendance Allowance & Commission
-Annual salary increment (based on performance)
-EPF (KWSP) & SOCSO
Working Hours:-
- Monday β Saturday
-Office hour - 9 a.m - 6 p.m
