Rate is non-refundable and reservations made are transferable. Modification of stay date is permitted free of charge, up to 14 days before the scheduled arrival date. No Outside visitors should be permitted to enter the Resort to ensure the safety and comfort of all guests. No Parties are allowed at the premises. Silent Time, please be informed pool can be use 24hrs, but our silent time is at 2200hrs until 0800hrs to ensure tranquility of all the guest. Late check out is subject to Resort availability, and additional fees apply
Smoking Policy, Smoking is not permitted anywhere within the Room area (including Living Room, Bedroom and bathroom). We will impose a cleaning fee of RM100.00 on any guest who violates the smoking policy. Smoking guests who wish to enjoy a puff during their stay can do it in the Room outdoor area
STRICT OCCUPANCY LIMIT. Only children 6 years old and below can stay for free with an existing bed These limits are for guest safety, comfort and privacy, as well as to avoid excessive wear and tear. Resort reserves the right to refuse entry to any additional guest exceeding the maximum occupancy allowed for that room type.
