For the seventh chapter of The Gastronomy Series, Kayuputi welcomes Chef Gilles Marx of AMUZ Jakarta, a veteran of French gastronomy with over three decades of Michelin-honed experience, for a rare collaboration with Chef Marco Portal.
Framed as a dialogue between classic and contemporary French cuisine, the experience brings together Chef Gilles’ culinary heritage and Chef Marco’s modern, Asia-influenced interpretation, complemented by wines from Marchesi de’ Frescobaldi, one of Italy’s most storied winemaking families.
