Located by the waters of Chenderoh Lake, a village concept that was created with the relocation of some old wooden houses to give guests the village ambiance but without sacrificing their privacy. First we have Pak Long's house followed by Mak Ngah, rumah Wan, Rumah Andak, Rumah Alang and Tok Ki. e concept at the moment can accommodate a maximum of 26 adults. Then 15 minutes from the Tanjung, on an island we have 10 basic chalets, each equipped with its own toilet and shower. Electricity is provided by a solar system (go green). Get marooned away from the hussle and bussle of the city and enjoy the peace and quiet being one with nature. (This location requires a minimum of 5 pax and can accommodate a maximum of 20 adults). Kayaking, boating, trekking, fishing, fish feeding or just having a siesta on the hammock are among the things you can do. You can also arrange a self BBQ package. Settings of a traditional Malay kampung... We would love to share this with our visitors, to enjoy the ambience of calmness and serenity of the kampung environment. Before noon on Saturday 23rd May Bob Rebecca left for their next destination. Close to 2pm we welcomed Frankie and their group of 10 everlasting friendship since school days. After the intro and welcome drinks the checked in into their homes. Later the group of 9 foreign guests arrived for their kampung living experience. After the welcome drinks and intro to Lembah Lenggong they were shown their home. The afternoon the foreign guests gathered for the sarong sessions followed by the village walk and herbal recognition. Later three optioned for the cooking class with Asiah while some hit the lake waters. Great interactions among our guests especially at dinner. Everyone gathered in the main house nicely dressed culturally in sarongs enjoying the traditional dinner sitting on the floor and eating with the hands.
After dinner, the group convened outside to see the silat demo and some participated. The congkak game prolonged the evening get-together. A wonderful congregation where conversations accompanied the kampung experience among the young and seniors .

Came May 21st , we welcomed Rebecca and Bob from Holland arrived by "grab" service. After the welcoming and intro they were shown their home for their 3d2n stay. Later in the afternoon, the group of 8 foreigners from Australia, Germany, England, Canada and USA earrived. After the welcoming and intro they then checked before convened again for the sarong session and followed by the village walk and herbal recognition.
The evening saw everyone dressed traditionally in sarongs gathered as a family and enjoyed dinner sitting on the floor and eating with the hands. After the longish conversation dinner, then congkak game took the the evening further.

On may 17th Matthew arrived from England travelling on his own and arriving by bus to Kuak. And Muna stayed on to continue her retreat. Matthew was given the background info Lenggong valley. Came dinner he was dressed in sarong and we enjoyed the traditional dinner together with Muna.

On May 16th Janet and Muna remained for their third day. Then in the afternoon
we tended to the arrival of 8 foreign guests and 5 local guests arriving at the same time. Zawani was a third time guest this time with friends..
After the welcoming drinks and intro to Lembah Lenggong they then checked in. The foreign guests gathered back for the sarongs sessions and followed by the village walk and herbal recognition.
Dinner was a gathering of local and foreign guests all nicely adorning the sarongs and enjoying the tradisional meal sitting on the floor and eating with the hands. After dinner the silat exhibit Got Everybody together on the Ground.

☐ Came Thur May 14th , the Day started with the arrival of Janet and daughter Muna for a 4d/3n Stay. Janet is a regular guests. Then, before 3pm , our 11 foreign guests made their entry. Starting with the welcome drinks and intro into Lembah Lenggong, they were then shown their homes. Then everyone gathered for the sarong sessions and followed by the village walk and herbal recognition. Then, the days event was further highlighted with the arrival of our honourable YB Puan Sandrea Ng Exco Pengerusi Jawatankuasa Perumahan dan Kerajaan Tempatan Negeri Perak, Majlis Lenggong YDP Tuan Amzari , SU Majlis Lenggong Tuan Khairul Ameer and 16 staffs . After the welcoming and presenting the introduction of Sukasuka, our honourable guests were served a light teabreak before a tour of the area. It was a decorous moment for our Retreat to be given the gracious opportunity to welcome our dignified visitors.

On Sun Mar 10th we tended to the arrival of 4 foreign guests from US and England. After the welcome drinks and intro to the Lembah Lenggong they then checked in to their homes. Later they reconvened for the sarong sessions and coffee time. The evening saw everyone in sarongs enjoying the traditional dinner savouring the Perak home cooking. Conversations filled the evening. The village walk and herbal recognition and rubber tapping demo with Azam went after the breakfast.

On May 7th we welcomed another 8 foreign guests to share our kampung living ways. This time the guests we have were from Belgium, Canada, Germany, US, and England. The herb drinks and intro to the Lembah Lenggong started their experience followed by the sarong session. Then after the explanation on the architecture of the Malay wooden houses the proceeded with the village walk and herbal recognition with Azam.Then Azam showed the group the art of peeling the coconut husk and scraping the coconut flesh. Dinner was the occasion when they were served the local delights and enjoying the traditional dinner sitting on the floor and eating with the hands. Congkak got the evening occupied.

Came Monday May 4th we welcome another 10 foreign guests to the kampung living experience. The herbal welcome drinks and intro to Lembah Lenggong took place before checking in. Then the sarongs sessions and the village walk and herbal recognition with Azam on the lead. The afternoon saw some swimming in the lake while so went kayaking. The evening saw everyone in sarongs enjoying the traditional dinner sitting on the floor and eating with the hands savouring the local delights. Congksk then got everyone engrossed.
