This weekend, we whipped up a purely vegetarian menu for our friends attending a 3D2N Health/ Wellness Workshop at INB Resort. From Chapati with Vegetarian (mock) mutton curry, to mushroom soup and garlic bread, to sweet and sour (mock) fish and Gado- gado.. I think we have successfully satisfy the palate of this diverse group who are in attendance.
