- 6 working days and 1 off day on weekday
- Front desk customer service
- Attend to all incoming and all outgoing calls
- Attend to phone and online bookings
- Attend to all guests and visitors inquiries
- Simple computer knowledge
- Other add-hoc task
- Good communication skills
- Friendly, polite, passion and responsibility
- OT only when needed
