1. Welcome and check-in guests.
2. Handle Room Key, Email, Phone calls and attend to guest inquiries.
3. Ensure payments are collected and check-out guests.
4. Check and process incoming reservations. (Email and Phone call)
5. Monitor room status requests & Enquiries promptly.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENT
- Minimum SPM/ Diploma in the equivalent subject.
- Malaysian citizen and relevant resident status
- Minimum 2 languages - Bahasa Malaysia and English
- able to work with flexible working hour
