Job Description:-
• Build and maintain good relationship with existing and potential customers
• Responsible to implement sales strategies to achieve sales target set by the management
• Retain and expand sales to existing customer and develop new market
• Identify potential markets that could boost sales and revenues
• Responsible for day-to-day sales administrative documentation & activities including order receiving, order inquiry, invoices submission and etc
• Coordination on sales forecast pick up, compilation and distribution
• Attend to customers for all sales related matter (regular visit, prepare quotation, sales processing, arrange sample/delivery, payment collection, follow up pending issue etc)
• Attend to customers and ascertains each customer’s needs
• Proper recording & monthly reporting and other related ad hoc report
• Responsible for any assigned sales administrative job
• Practice and maintain professional etiquette when dealing with clients
• To assist in any other task as and when required by management

Requirements:
• Candidate must possess at least a STPM/ Certificate/ Diploma/ Degree in business or equivalent. Related field is preferred
• Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English, Mandarin and Cantonese
• Candidates must be proactive, self-motivated and high achiever
• Aggressive, good interpersonal, well organized with good communication skills
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision and willing to learn
• Ability to multi-task, prioritizes and manages time effectively
• Computer literate & competent in MS office
• Sound Knowledge in SQL system is an added advantage
• 1-2 years working experiences in the related field will be additional advantage
• Possess own transport & willing to travel outstation
• 2 Full-Time positions available

Responsibility
•To handle full sets of accounts and daily operation works of Account Department;
•Ensure monthly financial statements are accurately prepared on a timely basis and adhere to accounting standard;
•Handle account receivable, account payable and journal entries;
•Protects organization's value by keeping information confidential;
•Perform analysis and reporting of management accounts to ensure timely delivery of high quality and accurate financial data;
•Preparation and compilation of budgeting, forecasting, financial plans, cost monitoring and cash management;
•Review, improve and ensure proper implementation of financial processes, policies and procedures;
•Responsible for the submission of statutory accounts and tax submissions; liaise with banker, auditor and tax agent;
•Monitor and supervise closely on day to day cash flow requirement;
•Preparation of monthly payroll;
•Scope of work will be revised depending on the management’s needs/ request.

Requirements
•Bachelor's Degree or full/partial professional qualification in Accounting (ACCA, CIMA or MICPA).
•Required skill(s): MS Excel, MS Office, MS Word. SQL System
•Sound Knowledge in SQL system is an added advantage.
•At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
•Able to work under tight datelines and fast paced environment.
•Good interpersonal and communication skills.
•Good analytical skills with strong problem-solving skills.
•Proficient in both written and oral English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin.
•Positive working attitude, and good written and verbal communication skills.
•Experience in hedging of foreign currency will be added advantage.
•Required language(s): Mandarin, English, Malay

The warehouse assistant will also package, and prepare orders for delivery. The ideal candidate is comfortable working on their feet, focused on meeting quotas, and experienced in inventory software and databases will be added advantages.

Warehouse Assistant Responsibilities
•Move inventory and materials
•Process inventory for delivery
•Sort, organize and store inventory in the proper location
•Package items and label correctly

•Remove inventory from trucks or shipping and delivery to proper location
•Update logs and documentation for inventory processing
•Work as an active team member to complete team goals

Warehouse Assistant Requirements

•Familiarity with inventory software – SQL will be an added advantage
•Able to work independently
•Pays attention to detail and monitors the quality of inventory
•Highly organized and able to store items efficiently
