The House Keeping Staff shall report to the Branch Manager. House Keeping staff shall ensure cleanliness and tidiness of the Hotel Premise, and turn over rooms in a speedy manner to ensure no delay during Check In.
His/her responsibility and duties include:
a) To turn over rooms, this includes changing bed sheets, pillow cases, duvet cover, cleaning toilet, replacing floor mats and towers, sweeping and/or mopping floor, deodorizing room, and others.
b) To turn over rooms in a Speedy manner
c) To inspect rooms before Guest Check Out for any damages / missing items
d) To observe and report any non-conformity in room to Branch Manager or Person in charge, such as stains on bed sheets, cockroaches, spider webs, broken shower head, broken toilet seat, water leakage, water stain on plaster ceiling and others.
e) To ensure cleanliness of Public Areas, such as Lobby, corridors, staircase, cafeteria, public toilet, smoking area, lift, hotel entrance and others.
f) To assist Front Office staff with guest’s request when necessary, such as providing extra pillows, extra bed, hair dryer etc…
g) To assist Branch Manager in any other matters, this may include Maintenance, buying amenities and others.
Requirements :Working experience not required.
Language – Basic Malay / English
