KEPERLUAN PELANGGAN

Apa yang anda mengalu galukan dari hotel mesra bajet TANJUNG PD HOTEL. Saya hendak bilik yang bersih dan peralatan bilik yang berfungsi. Terdapat kemudahan asas. Saya hendak hotel yang saya boleh berehat dengan selesa. Akhir kata sewa bilik sehari mestilah berpatutan.

KOMITMEN HOTEL

Kami, TANJUNG PD HOTEL adalah hotel mesra bajet dengan 14 bilik yang dilarang merokok. Daripada 14 bilik, kami mempunyai 2 bilik keluarga yang masing-masing boleh memuatkan 4 orang (2 katil bersaiz queen) dan 3 orang ( 1 katil queen 1 katil single). Kami mempunyai 9 bilik dengan katil bersaiz queen untuk 2 orang. Juga 2 bilik dengan katil single untuk 1 orang setiap satu dan 1 bilik dengan 2 katil single untuk 2 orang. Kami menggalakkan tetamu untuk mematuhi bilangan orang bagi setiap bilik untuk tujuan keselesaan.

Para tetamu boleh mempunyai pilihan untuk mempunyai bilik dengan tingkap atau tanpa tingkap. Bilik tanpa tingkap sesuai untuk rehat malam yang selesa.

Kami memastikan semua bilik dalam keadaan bersih dan apabila tetamu sudah mendaftar keluar. Cadar, kain selimut dan sarung bantal serta tuala mandi dan tikar lantai dicuci, tidak kira sama ada diguna atau tidak. Kami sentiasa memastikan bilik hotel dan tempat sekeliling di hotel adalah kemas dan bersih untuk keselesaan tetamu.

Kami mempunyai penyaman udara bagi setiap bilik dan kami pasti penyaman udara diservis tiap tiap 6 bulan oleh kakitangan yang cekap. Lebih lebih lagi, Kakitangan kami akan membersihkan penapis aircond dua kali sebulan, penapis air panas setiap bulan dan juga membersihkan kipas blower tandas. Kami mempunyai rekod servis tersebut diatas.

CUSTOMER NEEDS

What do you look for in a budget friendly hotel like TANJUNG PD HOTEL? I expect a clean room with room equipments in working order. Availability of basic amenities. It is a place I can have a quiet rest for the night. Finally, the room rates per day are priced reasonably.

HOTEL COMMITTMENT

We at TANJUNG PD HOTEL is a budget friendly hotel with 14 non smoking rooms. Out of the 14 rooms, we have 2 family rooms which can accommodate 4 persons and 3 persons respectively. We have 9 rooms with a queen size bed for 2 persons. Also 2 rooms with single bed for 1 person each and a room with 2 single bed for 2 person. We encourage guests to abide by the number of persons per room can accommodate for comfort purposes.

Guests can have the option to have rooms with window or no window, depending on preference. No window rooms are quiet and excellent for a good night rest.

We ensure all rooms are thoroughly clean when guest checked out. Bedsheets, duvet and pillow covers plus bathing towels and floor mats are washed whether used or not after check out. We always ensure hotel rooms and common places in hotel are neat and clean for guests comfort.

We have our aircons serviced 6 monthly by a competent personnel. Our staff will clean aircon filters twice per month, water heater filter every month and also clean toilet blower fan. We have record for the above mentioned services done.

Room with 1 single bed for 1 is RM65 per day

Tanjung PD is situated about 1 1/2 km (& 5 minutes drive) from Port Dickson Town. A renowned beach is located about 3 minutes walk from it. It is about 1 1/2 hour drive from Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia & Malacca City, Malaysia , 30km away from KLIA - Kuala Lumpur International Airport , Putrajaya and Seremban.
