Located at Tinompok, right at the junction after Bundu Tuhan and just 680 metres away from Mount Kinabalu National Park. This resort has one of the best front row seat views of Bundu Tuhan Village, and a perfect place for climbers who are readying to ascend the mountain. All year round, Tinompok can be quite misty throughout the day, as the clouds travel from the Kiau Valley to the Bundu Tuhan valley, passing Ayana Holiday Resort which sits on a small hill right in the middle of these two valleys. The day-time temperature is mild and relaxing from an average of 20°C, at night the temperature can drop as low as 13°C - definitely making Ayana Holiday Resort a great place to escape from the warm and humid condition of the hot tropical lowlands. It is a place to enjoy a cooling and peaceful atmosphere around the highland regions surrounding Mount Kinabalu. Considered as mid-range accommodations, Ayana Holiday Resort offers a choice of four categories: standard, deluxe, superior and the Holiday-House. These rooms are not five-stars but they are reasonably priced, clean & comfortable. The spacious Holiday-House can accommodate up to 9 persons. Everybody knows that finding good accommodation in Kundasang area can be difficult. Let us help you avoid disappointment and stress.
