其它都没有空

当房东遇上如此对话。

经营自家民宿 9年，
真的第一次遇上这样的情况。

这位陌生客，
应该是从来没有入住过酒店、民宿或 Airbnb 吧？🙂

还有 Mr.，
现在是你要租我们的房子两晚。

我们把自己的房子、家具、设备，
交给一个完全不认识的陌生人入住。

所以想请问：

你不应该提供基本的身份证件，
反而变成要求我们房东提供证件？

这个逻辑，我们真的不明白。😂

我们只是要求一份 IC copy for reference，
作为基本的入住资料。

你不愿意提供，
还要我们房东拿 IC 跟你“交换”。

经营9年，第一次听到。

所以今天在这里统一公布：

📌 不提供证件，恕不接待。

即使你已经付款，
如果入住前仍然不愿意提供基本身份资料，
我们一样会选择退款，我们不租。

钱可以退，
订单可以不要。

因为对房东来说，
一个不愿意提供基本身份资料的陌生人，反而更让我们害怕。

所以真的不要浪费大家的宝贵时间。

你有你的选择，
我们房东也有我们的选择。

不合适，就不要勉强。
不送了。🙏

IC 是隐私，我理解。担心副本被盗用，也可以在 IC 副本上加上用途及日期水印。

房子，万一发生命案、刑事案件或其他严重事故，警方需要查租客身份时，难道到时候房东只需要说一句“IC 是租客的隐私，所以我没要求”就可以了吗？🙂

房客不愿意承担提供基本资料的风险，我可以理解；那请问房子发生事情时，房客愿意替房东承担后果吗？

隐私要保护，房东的风险也不是空气。房客有权选择不提供，我们房东当然也有权选择不租给不配合的🙂
