SLAA2024 - Paganakan Dii Tropical Retreat is honoured to have won the Silver Award at the inaugural Sabah Landscape Architecture Awards (SLAA) last night for Landscape & Environmental Management, for the Accommodations Category.
Organised, for the first time, by Kementerian Kerajaan Tempatan dan Perumahan Sabah, the SLAA award acknowledges our efforts in trying to create a more natural and sustainable environment within our little retreat.
It has been 16yrs now since we came to be, and it's still very much work-in-progress on a daily basis, but with the collaborative efforts of our international guests, local and government partners, we want to continue the effort to reduce waste and manage our natural heritage in the best ways possible.
