A sneak preview of our newest accommodation... before it was even finished.

Back in May, our Managing Director, Mr. Alexander Yee, gave us a walkthrough of what was then an empty structure. No furniture. No sliding glass doors. Just an idea taking shape.

Today, it has officially become the Orangutan Chalet, continuing our tradition of naming rooms after Borneo's iconic wildlife.

Designed for families and small groups of four, the Orangutan Chalet features a queen bedroom and a separate twin bedroom under one roof, giving everyone space to relax while staying together.

It's always exciting to look back at where it started and see the vision become reality.

Just two days ago, a herd of Bornean elephants was spotted visiting the Napier grass planting site right beside Tanini Kinabatangan - Sabah, Borneo .

This effort, led by RESPECT, RESPonsible Elephant Conservation Trust and supported by sponsors and partners, aims to provide an additional food source for elephants while promoting coexistence between people and wildlife.

Seeing the elephants make use of the area is a meaningful reminder that conservation work can create real impact. 🫶🐘
