Good morning from Homestay Lubok Lemba 🙌🏻

Here’s one of our homestay operator, Mr Bungkong demonstrating how to tap a rubber tree that has been part of our village for generations. It remains an important source of livelihood for many families in our village.

Guests staying with us have the opportunity to walk through the peaceful rubber plantation as early as 6 AM, learn how latex is collected, and if you’re feeling adventurous, try tapping the rubber tree yourself 🤭

It’s a simple morning, but one that offers a genuine glimpse into the rhythm of village life.

Disclaimer: It is an optional activity for our guests but highly recommended for anyone who loves authentic local experiences.

Imagine enjoying Sarawak’s famous Ayam Pansuh, surrounded by nature and the soothing sounds of a waterfall?

Well, that’s exactly what we did last week! We had the pleasure of welcoming our friends from Australia or should we say, our mates? 🇦🇺

They spent 2 days and 1 night with us, exploring the waterfall, enjoying the peaceful surroundings, and indulging in local delicacies, including the famous Ayam Pansuh cooked by the waterfall. Not in photos, they also enjoyed watching & experiencing the rubber processing plus a night walk too around the village 🤭🤭
