Mostly ramai yang visit I-city especially during the weekend. Ada antara mereka yang

+ ingin melihat lampu kelip2 pada waktu malam.
+ membawa anak2 ditaman tema
+ inginkan kemudahan homestay yang ada swimming pool dan juga sauna room

Pada yang pernah menjadi kasteme saya, terima kasih banyak saya ucapkan.

Buat masa sekarang, unit saya sedang disewakan kepada Malindo Air Stewardess untuk jangka masa pendek.

Tetapi saya boleh membantu carikan unit homestay untuk tuan2 dan puan2. Saya ada ramai kenalan mostly owner yang juga melakukan bisnes homestay di sini.

Reason:

To make way for casting of the linked bridge Centralwalk.

Selesai survey defect dan buat rectification sekali especially untuk living room aircond. Ada leaking dan juga tidak sejuk sebab gas sudah bocor. Pembaikan segera sudah dilakukan.

Untuk bilik air pun sudah dibetulkan sebab ada leaking yang boleh merosakkan perabot kayu di bawahnya.

Unit sedia untuk diduduki pelanggan kami untuk short term rental. Feeling satisfied.

Perhaps in the next one year, once the mall is up and running. I came here for long term tenant visit to view the unit.

We received a booking for 8night stay in the next few weeks. Feel excited for that particular booking.

Doing some background study and shocked that he came from Nigeria. It's due to Resident policy to not accept the booking from that country.

Anticipate the damaged that might happened, we feel we need to cancel the booking.

What's you guys opinion?
